Some tell me antidepressants helped take the edge off their pain, but they also dulled their joy, their sense of connection, and their intuition. They weren&#8217;t drowning anymore, but they weren&#8217;t really living either. If that sounds familiar, you&#8217;re not alone, and there may be more support available to you than you realize.<\/p><p>Where my story begins<\/p><p>Many years ago, before Biomagnetism came into my life, I was deeply depressed. I&#8217;d tried everything I could think of: traditional treatment, psychotherapy, tapping, hypnosis. I was doing all the &#8220;right&#8221; things, and still, nothing moved. I was angry with myself, and honestly, &#8220;angry&#8221; is putting it mildly.<\/p><p>Today, I barely recognize that woman.<\/p><p>The shift<\/p><p>After just a few Biomagnetism sessions, something softened. One morning I looked in the mirror and didn&#8217;t look away. For the first time in a long time, I saw myself with compassion instead of judgment.<\/p><p>That was the beginning of my healing journey, and it&#8217;s the reason I do this work. Since then, I&#8217;ve worked with thousands of people, and more than I can count have shared similar shifts: less self-criticism, more self-acceptance, and something many of them hadn&#8217;t felt in years.
