Sometimes, the severity and risk require an urgent band-aid to stop the bleeding. But in the long run, they don&#8217;t solve, and they won&#8217;t solve, your depression. If you&#8217;re experiencing more manageable levels of depression, getting to the root is where healing comes from. Finding and releasing the root will free you from sadness, helplessness, and hopelessness. You deserve to live a life full of purpose and joy.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">Many years ago, when Biomagnetism first came into my life, I was quite depressed. Today, I struggle to connect with my former self. But despite all my efforts to seek traditional treatments, psychological therapy, tapping, and hypnosis, I wasn&#8217;t making any progress. I remained the same. I was deeply angry with myself, and honestly, I&#8217;m describing how I felt in a rather mild way. I couldn&#8217;t even look at myself in the mirror. I also recommend the support of adaptogens, which increase motivation and help affect or reduce anxiety. Adaptogens help our body&#8217;s systems adapt or self-regulate. Some of my favorites are Rhodiola, Ashwagandha, Holy Basil or Tulsi, Jiaogulan, and Schisandra. Mushroom tinctures can also be very beneficial, such as Lion&#8217;s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, Shiitake, and Reishi. However, not all products are created equal.
