Now a days, people of all ages, including young children, are experiencing anxiety. Let's take a closer look at why and what to do about it fast.
Why are so many people experiencing anxiety these days? The obvious answer would be that the last few years have created drastic changes in the day to day lives of most people. And even though in most places, things are seemingly back to normal, some things, like health and mental health, have changed drastically.
Beneath the surface lies a much more concerning reason for this shift in being able to have peace of mind. Despite all the hoopla about protecting our bodies with medically imposed or recommended chemicals, what most people do not know is that many medications (and all "vacxs") carry heavy metals, and the recent ones have way more than the usual ones. The most recent "vacxs" carry mercury, aluminum, lead and graphene oxide. That's right. What a nice little combo of goodies to inject into the bloodstream.
How do heavy metals affect our bodies?
What's the big deal, you may ask? Well, any of these metals are linked to memory loss, nerve damage, tremors, brain fog, loss of concentration and focus, insomnia, aggression, depression, anxiety and panic attacks. In fact, in my work as well as in sound independent studies, heavy metals are linked to Alzheimer's, Dementia, Thyroid Dysfunction, Yeast Infections, Parkinsons, Pancreatitis, Pancreatic Cancer and way too many conditions to mention. Sadly, our system does not identify the root cause of these health and mental health issues, only addresses them with band-aid medications that introduce more chemicals and more metals in the human body. Way to go!
So, now what? What do we do for the millions of people who are overloaded with metals and who are experiencing anxiety today?
Tip #1 - Eat Greens
Green leafy vegetables and herbs contain chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is the substance in trees and plants that turns carbon dioxide into oxygen. In our bloodstream, chlorophyll helps flush our chemicals and heavy metals and simultaneously oxygenates our cells helping us become younger on the inside and out. It helps move our gut so that we can reduce the risk of constipation. So simple. Tip #2 - Avoid introducing more metals in your system.
Some of the most common sources of heavy metals beyond shots, are antacids and other pills, mercury fillings, hair dye, aluminum coffee pods, large consumption of large fish, canned food, mercury light bulbs, and aluminum pots and pans.
If you have acid reflux, instead of taking an antacid or tums, drink a little bit of water with pure baking soda. It will neutralize the pH of your gut and help relieve the toxic gases causing the acidity.
If you have mercury fillings, find an experienced dentist who can remove them safely. Mercury can affect the quality of our blood, among other things, leading to anemia and even leukemia or other forms of cancer.
If you dye your hair, find a non-toxic organic option or use henna. Or ask yourself if you can live without dying your hair in exchange for good physical and mental health.
If you eat tuna or other large fish, try to consume smaller fish instead or reduce the quantity of large fish. Same goes for canned foods. Food in a jar is much safer for consumption. It's high time we become informed consumers.
If you have the squiggly light bulbs simply change them for less toxic bulbs that do not contain mercury.
Tip #3 - Try holistic medicine to detox
You would be surprised how transformational holistic medicine can be.
